Our story starts in 2018 when I moved from managing projects in the big bank world to working with a start-up supporting credit unions.  I'd had the opportunity to work with projects big and small over the last 20 years, but the combination of small teams, dedication to a mission, and opportunity to impactful project leadership was the moment I knew this was where I wanted to focus my energy.

Phase Zero Partners was founded in 2020 as a natural evolution of that desire to work with small, mission focused teams.  We have built this practice with a focus on helping small project management organizations get the experienced support they need, as they need it.  Our growing team shares this vision as well, our project managers have decades of experience supporting large organizations and their passion is working with smaller ones.

I'd like to think our clients recognize this commitment as well.  As I write this in 2025, our first two clients are still our clients and we have supported many more teams along the way.  We are grateful for the trust they have put in us to lead their biggest strategic projects and work hard to maintain that trust year after year, project after project.
